Configure Viber for Integration with Bright Pattern Contact Center
This guide describes how to create a Viber bot and how to generate a Viber token required to integrate Viber with Bright Pattern Contact Center.

Dependencies
- A Viber account to log in to the Viber Admin Panel
A Viber business account enables Bright Pattern Contact Center to interact with Viber users. Learn more about Viber business accounts, How to open a Viber business account. |
Create a Viber bot and token:
- Log in to Viber Admin Panel.
- Click Create Bot Account.
- Fill out the mandatory fields in the bot account properties form.
- Click Create.
- Copy the Viber generated Token.
