Workforce Management Version 1.4.1 Release Notes

Workforce Management (WFM) 1.4.1 includes a new forecasting feature, bug fixes, and technical updates.

You can improve forecasting accuracy by excluding unusual days from the historical reference data. The new Exclude from historical reference data setting is available for days marked as a Special Event/Holiday. When applied, the data from the atypical day is replaced with the historical average for that specific day of the week.
