Configure Viber for Integration with Bright Pattern Contact Center

This guide describes how to create a Viber bot and how to generate a Viber token required to integrate Viber with Bright Pattern Contact Center.

Dependencies


A Viber business account enables Bright Pattern Contact Center to interact with Viber users. Learn more about Viber business accounts, How to open a Viber business account.


Create a Viber bot and token:

The create bot form in the Viber Admin Panel.


  1. Log in to Viber Admin Panel.
  2. Click Create Bot Account.
  3. Fill out the mandatory fields in the bot account properties form.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Copy the Viber generated Token.


In addition to a mobile client, Viber provides a desktop chat client. Learn how to set up Viber on your desktop.
