Prerequisites
- You must have an existing Amazon AWS account. This account will be used to access the Identity and Access Management (IAM) service and the Lambda service.
- An Amazon AWS Lambda integration account must be configured in your contact center in order to invoke functions.
- In order to create and use this integration account type, your service provider must enable this feature for your contact center.
