Purpose

The Bright Pattern Contact Center Host and Services Management API Specification describes the methods and responses of the Host and Services Management API.

Note that only one active tenant import is allowed. All tenant import methods have the optional parameter lockTime. Lock time is the time (in seconds) to wait for the completion of the previous import. The default value is 120 seconds.
