Bright Pattern Contact Center integrates with Zapier, a web automation application that allows you to build Zaps. Zaps are automated tasks you want to be repeated regularly. Every Zap contains a trigger and when the conditions of the trigger are met the Zap takes an action.

Using Zapier workflow blocks, Bright Pattern Contact Center data can be passed to your Zaps (i.e., as a trigger), allowing you to automate a wide variety of tasks with third-party applications (e.g., sending emails, sending out surveys, saving interaction data to spreadsheets, etc.).
