Prerequisites
To configure Zapier integration, you must have the following:
- A Zapier Platform account. Zapier Platform is where you will create your Zapier integration; one can be created from a standard Zapier account.
- A method for creating test interactions. In your Bright Pattern Contact Center environment, you will need to be able to create test interactions on the service you will assign your Zapier workflow to.
