Prerequisites

You must have an existing Amazon AWS account. This account will be used to access the Identity and Access Management (IAM) service and the Lambda service.
An Amazon AWS Lambda integration account must be configured in your contact center in order to invoke functions.
In order to create and use this integration account type, your service provider must enable this feature for your contact center.
