Version 5.2.5

Bright Pattern Contact Center version 5.2.5 includes the following new features.

Expanded Case Search for Email Addresses

Search filter functionality has been expanded for the My Cases section in Agent Desktop. You may search for any part of an email address by using the email: filter, followed by the desired part of the email address. For example, a search of “email:ma” could return results such as “,” “,” and so forth.

New Metric for Surveys Table

The metric global_interaction_id has been added to the surveys table; this metric is the Global Interaction Identifier. For more information see the Reporting Database Specification, section surveys.
