About

Bright Pattern Contact Cetner supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via integration with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 identity providers. This allows your agents and administrators to log in to contact center applications using their credentials from your identity provider. Supported providers include Okta, ForgeRock, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Google Cloud Identity, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

SSO can be configured for both the Agent Desktop and Contact Center Administrator applications. The SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On Integration Guide provides detailed instructions for setting up SSO between Bright Pattern Contact Center and any of the supported identity providers.
