Viber integration requires that you have admin-level access to both Bright Pattern Contact Center and a Viber Public Account (login into partner portal using your Viber app).

Software Versions

For all types of integration described in this guide, the following is required:

  • Bright Pattern Contact Center version 5.0 or later
  • A Viber Public Account
