Here are the classes, structs, unions and interfaces with brief descriptions:

NADAPI
CAgentPlace	Agent Place class. Derived from AgentSession and provides high level API functionality
CAgentSession	The agent session class. Manages connection to the server, authentication and transport. The AgentSession objects cannot be instantiated directly, create AgentPlace object instead

CCall	The class represents the voice call
CCallParty	Class described the single party of phone call
CContact	Class describes single CRM Contact
