エージェントログイン /ログアウトレポート
エージェントログイン /ログアウトレポートは、エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションのエージェントログインおよびログアウトに関連する情報を提供します。このレポートには、エージェント名、ログイン/ログアウトの時刻、エージェントが正常にログアウトしたかタイムアウトしたか、ログインの継続時間、作業に使った時間または "受付不可 "の時間などのメトリックが含まれます。
メトリックの説明
このレポートのメトリックは、以下の通り列に分けられます。
エージェント
エージェントの氏名です。
ログイン
セッションの開始時刻 (例： "午前9:04."の場合は "09:04")です。
ログアウト
セッションの終了時刻 (例： "午前9:39"の場合"09:39")です。
ログアウトの方法
ログアウトの方法:
- 本人による ：エージェントが正常にログアウトしました。
- タイムアウトによる：インターネット接続が失われたため、タイムアウトによりエージェントがログアウトしました。
- スーパーバイザーによる：スーパーバイザーによってログアウトが強制されました。
- システムによる：システムによってログアウトが強制されました（例えば、エージェントのアカウントが設定から削除されたか、無効にされた場合など）。
