シナリオブロック放棄レポート

このレポートは、選択したシナリオのブロックで放棄されたコールの分布を示します。レポート対象期間中にコールの放棄が発生したブロックのみが表示されます。

メトリックの説明

ブロックタイプ

ブロックタイプ とは、シナリオブロックのタイプを意味します。

ブロック名

ブロック名はシナリオのブロック名です。

切断の件数

切断の件数は、特定のシナリオブロックの実行中に放棄されたコールの件数です。

全てのコールに対する割合%

全てのコールに対する割合%は、このシナリオ内で放棄されたすべてのコールに対する特定のシナリオブロックの実行中に放棄されたコールの割合です。
