For hold music and other prompts, Bright Pattern currently supports a variety of input formats, including .WAV, .MP3, and more. Note that this is enabled when your service provider installs the FFmpeg application; for more information, contact your service provider.
Bright Pattern currently supports .WAV files in the following format: G.711 μ-law mono 8 kHz format. The volume settings can be changed only for .WAV files in uncompressed PCM 16-bit format.
