Bright Pattern integrates with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 identity providers such as Okta, ForgeRock, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Google Cloud, allowing you to configure single sign-on (SSO) functionality for Bright Pattern’s Agent Desktop and Contact Center Administrator applications.
Bright Pattern Contact Cetner supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via integration with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 identity providers. This allows your agents and administrators to log in to contact center applications using their credentials from your identity provider. Supported providers include Okta, ForgeRock, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Google Cloud Identity, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.


The ''SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On Integration Guide'' provides instructions on how to install and configure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), ForgeRock, and Google G Suite to work in an integrated manner with Bright Pattern Contact Center software.
SSO can be configured for both the Agent Desktop and Contact Center Administrator applications. The ''SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On Integration Guide'' provides detailed instructions for setting up SSO between Bright Pattern Contact Center and any of the supported identity providers.
