休憩時間

休憩時間ウィジェットは割り当てられた休憩時間のうち、エージェントの合計アイドル時間を表示します。ウィジェットの上にカーソルを合わせると、休憩時間またはアイドル時間を強調表示できます。

ウォールボードのカスタマイズという権限を付与されたユーザーは、ウォールボードウィジェットのコントロール設定を編集できます。休憩時間の設定は以下の通りです。

The Agent setting allows you to select any member of your team(s) or Logged in User (i.e., yourself) for display; the default is Logged in User.
