Report Generation Controls

For any report in the Contact Center Administrator application's Reports section, the following buttons and links are available for scheduling, generating, customizing, renaming, and copying reports. These controls are described in detail in the Reporting Reference Guide.

Schedule this report for distribution

Opens the dialog for setting the report schedule and parameters, and setting delivery methods (i.e., email and/or FTP).

Run Report

Generates the report and opens it in a separate browser tab or window, where you can view results, sort/filter results, zoom in/out, customize display, schedule reports, and export in different formats (PDF, XLS, CSV, TXT).

Note that “Run Report” is not available for CSV reports; clicking “Run Report” for a CSV report will do nothing.

Customize

Opens the Report Customizer application in a separate browser tab or window, for customization of report column placement, column names, and more.

Rename

Lets you edit the “Report name” and “Description” for the selected report.

Clone

Creates a copy of the report and displays the report as “Clone of <report_name>” in the list of reports.
