Data Access and Usage

Bright Pattern integration accesses ServiceNow data via special Scenario blocks, featuring capabilities to perform create, search for (i.e., retrieve), and update operations on ServiceNow objects. The data is used in a variety of standard contact center operations, such as contact identification, best-fit routing, self-service IVR, etc., as well as any custom logic built out in the Scenarios for your specific use cases.

Note: For more details about the available Scenario blocks and their functionality, refer to this page.

Data Collection and Transferring

Bright Pattern utilized OAuth 2.0 endpoints to establish secure data transferring channels with the ServiceNow platform. The collected data is stored in BrightPattern's rigid cloud infrastructure, adhering to industry-standard security practices, such as encryption of sensitive information and secure access controls to protect against unauthorized access. OAuth 2.0 access tokens are encrypted and refreshed automatically to minimize risk.

Third-party Data Sharing

Bright Pattern does not share collected ServiceNow data with third parties, expect in the circumstance of legal or regulatory obligation requirements.
