ウォールボードへのアクセス
Bright Patternウォールボードは、エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションから起動されます。
Logged-in users of Agent Desktop who have the required privileges to view, edit, or use Wallboards will see the 
icon at the top right of the Agent Desktop user interface. Clicking on the Wallboard icon will open the Wallboards in a separate browser tab or window.
Because Bright Pattern offers single sign-on (SSO) functionality for the contact center platform, separate login to Wallboards is not required. If you are logged in to Agent Desktop and you then navigate to Wallboards, you will find yourself already logged in to Wallboards.
