Introduction
The Bright Pattern SMS/MMS API Specification describes the methods and responses of the SMS/MMS API. This API can be used to send and receive SMS/MMS messages, as well as to track the delivery status of SMS/MMS messages.
The SMS/MMS API supports the following methods:
- Get Message
- Send Message
- Set Status Callback

This specification is intended for the IT personnel responsible for the data infrastructure of Bright Pattern Contact Center-based contact centers. Readers are expected to have expertise in web application development as well as a solid understanding of contact center operations and resources that are involved in such operations.
