BPXMLレポートテンプレートの編集と使用方法
- BPXML レポートのサンプル XMLをコピーするか、BPXMLレポートテンプレートをコンタクトセンター管理者アプリケーションからダウンロード します。
- XMLを一般的なテキストエディターアプリケーションに貼り付け、CSVでデータを取得するために パラメータを編集します。
- ファイル名に.bpxml拡張子を付け、保存します。カスタムレポートテンプレートの作成は終了します。
- カスタムレポートテンプレートをコンタクトセンター管理者アプリケーションへアップロード します。新しいレポートテンプレートは利用可能なテンプレートリストに表示されます。< 前へ | 次へ >
