コールの拒否
エージェントがコールを拒否するのはどうしてですか?
コールを受け入れる余裕がない場合、エージェントは鳴働中のコールを拒否する場合があります（例えば、このような状況はダイレクトダイヤルの場合一般的です）。また、エージェントは未登録の拡張子などの影響でログアウトされる可能性があるため、応答できなくなる場合があります。
