The Bright Pattern Mobile App Administrator Guide contains all the information that administrators and managers need to be aware of before using the Bright Pattern Mobile app with their contact centers.

This guide discusses the following:

  • Configuration information such as system requirements, supported devices, and so forth.
  • A basic overview of app functionality and behavior, including various notifications
  • Mobile app limitations
