エージェントは使用するサービスをどのように選択しますか?

エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションでは、エージェントはサービスセレクターを使ってご希望のサービスを選択できます。セレクターに表示される利用可能なサービスとキャンペーン内容は、設定及びチームに割り当てられているものによって異なります。

The Service Selector appears on the left-hand side of Agent Desktop, beneath the Number Input Field. Use the down arrow to view available services in the drop-down menu.
