How to Open the Calendar
Agent Desktop 2.0 is equipped with a calendar where you can schedule various tasks and events related to your work, such as follow-up calls with customers. You can configure your calendar to provide reminders for such scheduled events.
To open the calendar in the main workspace, click the Calendar
icon in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen. You can use the standard controls above the calendar grid to switch between the Day, Week, and Month views, to move to other dates in the past (<) or in the future (>), and to return to the view containing the current date (Today). You can also access the Schedule view to see a list of all scheduled events. The current date is circled in all views; in addition, the current time is indicated with a red line in the day, week, and schedule views.

Standalone Mode
To open the calendar in standalone mode, go to https://<contact center URL>/calendar , where <contact center URL> is your contact center's top-level URL. For example: https://example.brightpattern.com/calendar.
All calendar features are available in this mode except for agent status visibility.
