Accidental Session End Within a Remote Assist Session
If the session is closed by accident, it can be reopened within 30 seconds by clicking the Join 
button, as long as the customer is still logged into the Remote Assist session.

If the customer clicks the Stop Sharing button on the customer's interaction window, the customer may rejoin the session if an agent is still present or during the 30-second window after the session ends. | |
