System-Wide Settings
New Users
Admins can customize the new user configuration process in any of the following ways:
Require email address for every user
Enable to make email address a mandatory user property.
Use email address as username
Enable to set each user's email address as their username. Only available when Require email address for every user is enabled.
Suggested username
Enable to suggest one of the following formats when creating new usernames.
- {firstname}.{lastname}
- {lastname}.{firstname}
- Custom - Enter the desired format in the input field that appears.
Autogenerate password for new users
Enable to automatically generate passwords for new users.
Require passwords change for new users upon first login
Enable to require new users to change their passwords after their initial login.
Skills
Use skill presets for dynamic skill assignment
Enable to allow the use of skill presets.
Allow skill level changes via skill preset
Enable to allow skill presets to change user skill levels temporarily. Only available when Use skill presets for dynamic skill assignment is enabled.
When agents are assigned to a new team
Enable to customize how moving an agent to a new team automatically affects that agent's skills: i.e. whether they keep the old team's skills and/or acquire the skills associated with the new team, and at what level.
