Licensing Mode for MS Graph API Used with MS Teams Messages

To use Bright Pattern Contact Center's MS Teams messenger integration, create a subscription and configure the Licensing Mode in Contact Center Administrator >> Call Center Configuration >> Integration Accounts >> Microsoft Teams.

Bright Pattern Contact Center supports the following licensing modes for Microsoft Teams integration:

• Evaluation mode

Incurs no charges from Micrsoft for 500 messages per month.

• Production mode

Requires a subscription to Azure.

	Microsoft changed the billing model for Microsoft Teams in 2022. For more information, see Billing changes for Microsoft Graph APIs for Teams messages.

Evaluation Mode

Microsoft provides an evaluation mode for Microsoft Teams which enables API access for evaluation purposes. For more information about the evualtion mode, see Evaluation mode requirements.

Production Mode

Microsoft provides licensing models for Microsoft Teams:

• Evaluation - BPCC Evaluation mode
• model=A - compliance archival use case, not supported by BPCC
• model=B - BPCC production mode
