作業開始
エージェントガイドのこのセクションでは、ログインの方法とエージェントデスクトップのセットアップ方法について説明します。

- ユーザー名とパスワードがあって ログイン できること。
- ログイン時にどの 電話デバイス を選択するかについて分かること。
- エージェントデスクトップヘルパーアプリケーションのダウンロード・インストール、必要に応じてブラウザー拡張のインストールが完了していること。
- User profile set up with your contact details, including email address if using voicemail
- Voicemail enabled
