How to Redial a Previously Dialed Number

You can redial any of up to a hundred of your most recent calls via the Recents tab, which displays all recent interactions you have processed. From there, you can search for a specific interaction, or use filters to sort recent interactions by Calls, Messages, or All.

To redial the last dialed number, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Communication Panel to the Dial Pad tab .
  2. Click the Call button . The last previously dialed number will appear in the Number Input Field.
  3. If necessary, select the service as described in section How to Make an Outbound Call.
  4. Click the Call button again to connect to this number.

To redial one of the previously dialed numbers:

  1. Open the Recents tab .
  2. Select a call from the list. The phone number will appear in the Number Input Field.
  3. If necessary, select the service as described in section How to Make an Outbound Call.
  4. Click the Call button.

Note: You may also initiate a redial by hovering over the user or contact record, then clicking the phone icon that appears.

You may redial internal users, external contacts, or unidentified numbers via the Recents tab.


The previously dialed numbers in the Recents tab are labeled Outbound.

This tab also contains the following:

  • Records of successful inbound calls
  • Missed calls
  • Chat sessions
  • Emails
