Calling List Update Logs
Contact Center Administrator > Reports > Calling List Update Logs
Users with the Manage Lists privilege can download a report about imports/updates of calling lists. See Lists for more information.
The report contains records of both successful and unsuccessful import/update attempts. Each record in the list includes the following information:
- The list name
- Timestamp
- File
- Number of records imported
- Number of records not imported
- Operator
- Import result
