About Survey Forms

Survey forms are designed to be sent post-interaction to customers via email. This subbook describes the application, what it is intended for, all controls, and how to configure survey forms for use in workflows.

Purpose

The Bright Pattern Contact Center Survey Form Guide describes the building blocks of the Bright Pattern Contact Center HTML survey forms. This guide describes the controls available for building survey forms, how to use them, and how to send forms via email for post-interaction processing.

Survey forms are configured in the Contact Center Administrator application, while the survey form fields are added and edited in the Survey Form Editor application. For more information about survey form management, such as the association of forms with outbound campaigns, see the Contact Center Administrator Guide, section Quality Management.

Audience

This guide is intended for professionals responsible for design, development, and testing of Agent Desktop applications in your contact center.

Participants are expected to be familiar with general principles of web design and to have a solid understanding of contact center operations and resources that are involved in such operations, including agents and teams, services and skills, schedules, and access points.
