Download the Campaign Results
When your campaign is finished, you will want to see if your messages were successfully sent. You can do this by downloading and viewing the campaign results from the Results tab. Results may be downloaded during or after the campaign is completed. Note that there are no historical statistics reported by the messaging campaign.
When examining the results, how can you tell if your campaign was successful? Check the Call Disposition column. Here, you will see either Message sent or Message not sent; all sent messages will be considered successful.
For messages that were not sent, you can separate these out, check the numbers to ensure they are correct and that there are no other problems, then reupload the list and rerun it. For additional clarification, in Campaign Results, the column Provider Code is a new optional field. If the SMS carrier supplies error codes, you can see them in this column.
