How to Generate and Send Mobile Logs

If your service provider needs to collect any logs in order to investigate a problem, the following process will be used:


1. The service provider will enable the log-collection function on the platform side and you will be notified.

2. At this point, the Generate Log control will be displayed in the Settings tab of the mobile app of every mobile user, but no actual logs will be generated.

3. You will instruct the user(s) who reported the problem to turn on the Generate Log control.

4. This will activate log generation for the given user(s) only.

5. Next, you should instruct the users that, once the reported issue occurs again, they should use the Send Log button.

Note: The Send Log button is only available if the Generate Log control is enabled.

6. This will send the generated log to the platform.
