Hunt Group Usage Details Report

This report provides a full set of key performance indicators for hunt groups.

Hunt Group Usage Reports

Metric Descriptions

Group
Group is the specified group name of the hunt group.
Received
Received is the total number of calls received during the call interval. It includes all calls made to the group number, including DID calls made directly to this number, internal calls made directly to this number, and service and serviceless calls transferred to this number within the reporting interval.
Abandoned
Abandoned is the total number of hunt group calls abandoned by the caller while ringing.
Abandoned %
Abandoned % is the percentage of the total number of hunt group calls abandoned while ringing, relative to the number of received hunt group calls.
Answered
Answered is the number of hunt group calls answered by hunt group members.
Answered %
Answered % is the percentage of answered hunt group calls relative to the total number of received hunt group calls.
Forwarded
Forwarded is the number of forwarded hunt groups calls including calls forwarded to voicemail as well as calls forwarded to an already-configured forwarding number.
Forwarded %
Forwarded % is the percentage of forwarded hunt groups calls relative to the total number of received hunt group calls.
Unanswered
Unanswered is the number of hunt group calls terminated by the system when neither forwarding nor voicemail is configured for hunt group calls and the incoming hunt group call goes unanswered.
Unanswered %
Unanswered % is the percentage of unanswered and terminated hunt group calls relative to the total number of received hunt group calls.
Average Talk
Average Talk is the average talk time for all answered hunt group calls.
Average Ringing
Average Ringing is the average ringing time for answered hunt group calls.
