作業開始
エージェントガイドのこのセクションでは、ログインの方法とエージェントデスクトップのセットアップ方法について説明します。

- ユーザー名とパスワードがあって ログイン できること。
- ログイン時にどの 電話デバイス を選択するかについて分かること。
- エージェントデスクトップヘルパーアプリケーションのダウンロードとインストール、必要に応じてブラウザー拡張のインストールが完了していること。
- ボイスメールを使う場合にメールアドレスを含むコンタクト情報を基に、 ユーザープロフィールが設定されていること。
- ボイスメールが有効であること。
