キャンペーン運営に関する一般情報
キャンペーンオペレータの業務を行う場合、エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションを使って、割り当てられた キャンペーンンのリアルタイムメトリックを見ることができます。
さらに、エージェントデスクトップは以下の目的で使用できます:
- 選択したキャンペーンの 開始と停止
- 選択したキャンペーンに関連する リストのメトリックの表示
- 選択したキャンペーンに関連するリストの有効化と無効化
- 選択したキャンペーンに参加するエージェントが属するチームのメトリックの表示
- キャンペーンチームの追加と削除
アクティブな対話リストからキャンペーンを選択すると、これらのメトリックとコントロールがエージェントデスクトップの右ペインに表示されます。
Note that in order to monitor and control a particular campaign, you must have the default Campaign Operator role or a custom role with privilege Control campaign operations, and you should be assigned as an operator for this campaign.
