Service Console またはService Cloudの有効化

  1. 管理者 (または 管理者セットアップ)で アプリケーションセットアップ > 生成 > アプリケーションを選択します。

  2. 新しいアプリケーションを生成するか、既存のアプリケーションを選んで、 コンソールにチェックを付けます。
