評価の表示方法

全ての対話の評価はエージェントデスクトップのセクションである私の評価にあります。

評価は、タイプごとに分けられます:

次の手順は、評価の検索・表示方法を示しています。

手順

エージェントデスクトップアプリケーションのナビゲーションバーにある品質管理 アイコンをクリックします。
評価ホーム の画面が表示されます。この画面には、お客様の対話に関連する評価へのリンクが表示されます。
画面の左側にある私の評価セクションには、特定の状態で利用可能な評価の数値（カウンター）を表示する検索プリセットボタン（クリック可能なもの）の列が表示されます:
1. 確定待ち - 承認または却下が必要な評価
2. 承認 - エージェントの場合、誰かに承認/確定された評価; 評価者の場合、この評価者が行った評価の内、承認された評価。
3. 紛争中 - エージェントの場合、誰かに却下/異議された評価; 評価者の場合、この評価者が行った評価の内、却下された評価（再開されていないものに限る）。
4. 失敗 - 合格と見なされるスコアに達していない評価
  
  私の評価には対話と評価が表示されます。
検索プリセットボタンをクリックすると、指定したタイプの対話リストへ移動します。
評価を見るには、選択した対話をダブルクリックします。対話が 評価コンソールで表示され、画面の右側には評価が確認できます。< 前へ | 次へ >
