タスクの概要

タスクセクションでは、定期的に実行されるようにスケジュールされたすべての自動化されたコンタクトセンタータスクを確認できます。定期レポート作成アウトバンドキャンペーンの自動開始と停止などがあります。実行が終了したタスクは、タスクログに表示されます。
