暗号化設定

コンタクトセンターの全ての対話の記録と履歴は、Bright Patternコンタクトセンターのシステムに保存されている間に暗号化できます。

暗号化機能は、サービスプロバイダーがそれを有効にしない限り、ご利用いただけません。

To enable encryption, go to Security > Encryption Settings and check the items that you intend to store encrypted.

以下から選択します:

暗号化された項目をシステムからエクスポートする場合、その項目はエクスポート用に暗号化されません。
