Licensing Mode for MS Graph API Used with MS Teams Messages
To use Bright Pattern Contact Center's MS Teams messenger integration, create a subscription and configure the Licensing Mode in Contact Center Administrator >> Call Center Configuration >> Integration Accounts >> Microsoft Teams.
Bright Pattern Contact Center supports the following licensing modes for Microsoft Teams integration:
- Incurs no charges from Micrsoft for 500 messages per month.
- Requires a subscription to Azure.

Evaluation Mode
Microsoft provides an evaluation mode for Microsoft Teams which enables API access for evaluation purposes. For more information about the evualtion mode, see Evaluation mode requirements.
Production Mode
Microsoft provides licensing models for Microsoft Teams:
- Evaluation - BPCC Evaluation mode
- model=A - compliance archival use case, not supported by BPCC
- model=B - BPCC production mode
