User Management Privileges

The following outlines what user management privileges are required for a user with a given role to perform certain actions.

Create and delete users or edit user properties

Supervisor
  • "Manage Users" AND be assigned to at least one team: Only act on users who are members of the team or teams they supervise.
  • "Manage All Teams": Supervisor may act on any user.
Admin
  • "Manage All Teams": Admin may act on any user.

See teams

Supervisor
  • "Manage Users" AND be assigned to at least one team: Only see the team or teams they supervise.
  • "Manage All Teams": See all teams.
Other roles
  • "Manage All Teams": See all teams.

Move users between teams

Supervisor
  • "Manage Users" AND be assigned to at least two teams: Only move users between the teams they supervise.
  • "Manage All Teams": Move users to any team.
Admin
  • "Manage All Teams": Move users to any team.

Edit basic team properties

Such as team name, ACW, or the break settings dashboard.

Supervisor
  • "Manage Users" AND be assigned to at least one team: Edit only teams they supervise.
  • "Manage All Teams": Edit any team.
Admin
  • "Manage All Teams": Edit any team.

Edit team supervisors

  • "Manage All Teams"

Assign a service to a team (when viewing the team)

  • "Configure System Wide Settings" AND "Manage All Teams"

Assign teams to a service (when viewing the service)

  • "Manage All Services and Campaigns"

Edit skills of users via the skill values table

  • "Manage Skills"

See the skill values section

  • "Manage Skills"

See the services tab of a team

  • "Configure System Wide Settings" AND "Manage All Teams"

See services

  • "Manage Assigned Services and Campaigns" AND be assigned to a service: See the assigned service
  • "Manage All Services and Campaigns": See the Services and Campaigns section and all services.
