About Conversations

Conversations in Agent Desktop refer to active sessions between your team and their customers. Conversations can be as simple as a single phone call or as complex as several media interactions happening concurrently. All conversations are saved and can be found in the Activities section of the Contacts. For a full description of conversations, please refer to the Agent Guide.
