Version 5.2.5
Bright Pattern Contact Center version 5.2.5 is a minor release comprising several feature enhancements and various bug fixes.
Features
The following features are new for Bright Pattern Contact Center version 5.2.5.
Contact Search for Partial Email Addresses
Release 5.2.5 expands search filter functionality for the My Cases section in Agent Desktop. You may search for any part of an email address by using the email: filter, followed by the desired part of the email address. For example, a search of “email:ma” could return results such as “example@gmail.com,” “masha@example.com,” and so forth. Additionally, including the “@” symbol in a search is another way to find email addresses.
For more information, see the Agent Guide, section How to Search Email Cases.
Added Surveys Table Metric
The metric global_interaction_id has been added to the surveys table in the historical database; this metric is the Global Interaction Identifier and makes it easier to correlate surveys records with call detail records and create custom reports.
For more information see the Reporting Database Specification, section surveys.
