ディレクトリの概要

コンタクトセンター管理者アプリケーションでは、ディレクトリは、ソフトフォン、ハードフォン、アクセス番号の設定など、電話専用のセクションです。さらに、エージェントデスクトップユーザー専用の内部ディレクトリと外部ディレクトリを作成して、どのユーザーがどのコンタクトにアクセスできるかを設定できます。
