Accidental Session End Within a Remote Assist Session
If the session is closed by accident, it can be reopened within 30 seconds by clicking the Join button, so long as the customer is still available and logged in to the Remote Assist (RA) session.
Note: If the customer clicks the "Stop Sharing" button on the customer's interaction window, the customer may rejoin the session if there is an agent present or during the 30 seconds after the agent has disconnected.
