Pop the Remote Assist Viewing Window
Depending upon your computer setup, it may benefit you to pop your Remote Assist (RA) session into a larger window for easier viewing.
- If the viewing tab is too small, the viewing session can be expanded by clicking the open in a full screen button. A separate, larger window will open with the session view inside.
- Note that the new browser window can stay open when the RA session has ended (i.e., new RA sessions will open in the expanded browser window).
- Changing interactions (e.g., switching between multiple active chats) will also switch the RA sessions on screen in the popped out window. Only one RA window can be open and one session shown at a time.
- For example, if you are running two RA sessions but only expanded the window for session one (but did not expand a window for session two) then the session two screen will automatically show in the expanded window when you switch back over.
