SCIM (RFC 7643 / RFC 7644)統合アカウントは、BPCC SCIM準拠のユーザープロビジョニングAPIを使うために必要です。コンタクトセンターで利用できるのは、SCIM統合アカウントのみです。 SCIM統合アカウントがコンタクトセンター用に設定されていない場合、ユーザーの設定というメソッドは リクエスト処理にご利用できません。
